­­­Here at SERVPRO of Palos Verdes we are dedicated to making sure our customers are in the know of what is going on with their property during a loss. Often, we hear from customers that they fear not having a say in what goes in their home. We make sure to include the customers in all decisions that are being made when it comes to their home. We are here to serve the customer and we want to make sure they can put their confidence in our trained and professional technicians to communicate all necessary procedures prior to them being performed. Our technicians will always make sure to have approval by the customer prior to do any work.
