Normally, we receive calls about a pipe burst or maybe a toilet leak that has caused water damage to a home. Lately our technicians here at SERVPRO of Palos Verdes have been assisting other teams in Louisiana with hundreds of homes that have been affected by the multiple storms that have hit that area. Unfortunately, mother nature has a mind of its own and as much as we prepare and anticipate for the next “Big One”, we cannot always foresee the amount of damage that may be caused from such catastrophes.
