When a customer ends up in the unfortunate situation of needing water remediation, whether it be from a pipe leak, water over flow, or roof leak, it can be quite confusing on the steps that are needed to get your home back to its original state.

Here at SERRVPRO of Palos Verdes we begin our work with the initial phone call. After we have received the information pertaining to the loss, we send out our professional technicians to assess the affected areas and determine the work that is needed to be performed. Often, our technicians will begin drying the affected areas the same day of the inspection by placing the proper equipment which is then monitored over a period of days to achieve the necessary drying specifications. In some instances, demolition and reconstruction services are needed in order to properly dry any area that may have been affected in order to prevent mold or further damage to the structure.
