Docent Guided Nature Walk at Abalone Cove

Enjoy a guided tour of Abalone Cove on Saturday January 25th, 2020 at 3:00 pm.  Location:  Abalone Cove Shoreline Park and Ecological Preserve.  Hike past the unique native flora and fauna and explore the tide pools teeming with fascination marine life.  The hiking difficulty is moderate to strenuous.  The trail to and from the tide pools is approximately 1 mile and involves about a 120 ft change in elevation. This is a kid-friendly hike but the trails and rocky beach are unsuitable for baby stroller.  Sorry, no dogs allowed on the beach.  The hike is free and the rain cancels a hike.  Parking fee  applies to all the Nature Walk participants.  Car pooling or ride sharing is strongly suggested.
