We have had many opportunities to work with individuals that have required our assistance and each time we do there is always the question of what next. From the start of the loss our office will guide you through every step of the way with the assistance of our trained and professional technicians. Once our technicians have been able to assess the situation, they will communicate all needs to the office so we can then inform your insurance company of our recommendations. We take pride in all we do here at SERVPRO of Palos Verdes and we try our hardest to make sure that reflects in every aspect from setting up equipment to the care given when removing affected material. Hearing from our customers and their feed back is one of the most important ways we grow and learn how to continue helping in all the right ways. Our customers have always been our number priority and we believe that is evident by how appreciate our customers are when we have completed the necessary work.
