The Modernization of the Drying System

Water is the enemy of hardwood flooring.  Due to the porous nature of wood, moisture can be easily absorbed into the material.  So your flooring may show signs of staining from small spills.  The wet floor may also begin to buckle and cup when large amounts of water are absorbed as the planks swell. 

A Mat Drying system is a quick and efficient way to dry damaging moisture that has seeped into hardwood floors. To dry out water damaged hardwood floors from above.  This is a high pressure blower to vacuum water vapor right through the surface of the floor.  

Usually only takes about 2 days to refinish hardwood floors with water based polyurethane.  .
